    Lauren leads a team of 15 client success managers dedicated to delivering 24/7/365 global service to all customer accounts. As part of this white-glove service, her team travels monthly, hosting on-site trainings and onboarding sessions at client offices to provide personalized support, help clients maximize their investment in RainKing, and gain a more thorough understanding of their business goals and needs. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy flying to New England in their airplane. Lauren joined the RainKing family in 2011.

Additionally, Scott builds tracking systems so clients can calculate actual ROI from their subscription. Scott is a long-time DC sports fan and an avid runner. He joined the RainKing team in 2012.
